Allen P. Bishop
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Bishop joined National Records Centers as President and Chief Executive Officer in August of 2004 following ten years with VisionTEK, Inc. a technology company he founded in 1993.

At VisionTEK, Mr. Bishop served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. During his tenure he led the company from its inception to a nationally recognized leader in mobile computing and digital communications solutions for the law enforcement market.

Mr. Bishop's professional career has also included several other startups which he either personally founded or co-founded. He has held senior executive positions at Automated Storage Inc., Unisys Corporation, Burroughs, Aweida Systems, Amperif and NBI.

Outside of the leadership environment, he has guest lectured at the University of Colorado's Executive MBA School on "Entrepreneurship and Start-ups" and is an active member in The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) organization which is dedicated to the global advancement of entrepreneurship. Mr. Bishop is also an active member in both PRISM and ARMA.
